Shipping Domestic

For custom orders I ship via UPS ground based on the weight and size of your piece. Your goods will ship between 2 to 5 business day. Please let me know if you order is time sensitive. In this case a rush fee may apply. For special pieces which require additional insurance this fee will be added to the shipping cost.
I am not responsible for a package if it is lost, stolen, or marked as delivered and is missing.
Items which are made to order will ship between 4 to 6 weeks.
Please make sure the shipping address is correct when you check out.

Shipping International

For international orders please email twhalenceramics@gmail.com for rates prior to ordering. Please note that the buyer is responsible for any taxes, custom charges or duties placed on the package.

Returns

Due to the handmade nature of ceramics the color, size and shape will vary slightly. These differences are what make each piece charming & unique. All sales are considered final.
If your order arrives damaged, please take a photo, and email me at twhalenceramics@gmail.com as soon as you receive. I will happily build another piece of the same form, or provide you with another item with the same value.
